If you know Elliot you know he LOVES hats.

When he is not crafting one, you can find him rearranging his collection while sipping mango prosecco to Mozart’s Lacrimosa on repeat.

St. Catherine Hat Parade has been his favorite event in New Orleans since 2017.  He is excited and honored to be part of its organization and bear witness to the creative genius of its champagne slinging revelers.

Thank you to our parade donors, volunteers, champagneers and everyone that has helped behind the scenes.
